Work Package 1

The main objective of this work package is to coordinate the activities of the project, assure appropriate administrative support, and to oversee the budget use and the delivery according to plan.

 

CEPI leads this work package, has established a project team with core end extended team members, and chairs the project board and steering committee.

 

A project charter, a project plan with deliverables, milestones and timelines, a communication plan, and a risk register have been generated and are kept up to date.

 

In July and August 2023 the project Kick-off Meeting, an engagement meeting with ECOWAS Regulatory Agencies and Research Ethics Committees, and the Roadmap Meeting were conducted.
