The main objective of this work package is to coordinate the activities of the project, assure appropriate administrative support, and to oversee the budget use and the delivery according to plan.
CEPI leads this work package, establish a project team with core end extended team members, and arrange for establishment of a project board and steering committee.
A project plan with deliverables, milestones and timelines, a communication plan, and a risk register has been generated and will be kept up to date.
